Rosemary Almond Flour Bread π
Im usually quite a skeptic when it comes to "gluten free" anything. I like gluten. lol
But this bread does NOT disappoint!
Hearty, flavorful, savory and filling, it's packed with great nutrition you don't have to feel bad about and is a great addition to any meal (or as toast in the morning!)

Rosemary Almond Flour Bread
ππΏ Makes 1 9x5 loaf
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey2 1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves, chopped, plus a little more for garnish
(I also had some fresh sage and added that in! Feel free to use any fresh or dried herbs that sound yummy to you!)
DIRECTIONS:
*Preheat oven to 360 degrees F and grease a 9x5 pan with olive oil
- Mix all wet ingredients together well.
- Add dry ingredients and stir until combined
- Pour into loaf pan, top with a sprig of rosemary and bake for 20-22 mintues
- Let cool for 20 minutes to set

We ate this bread with my favorite soup but it makes a great side dish or breakfast toast!
